Summer sports/Army run

Attention runners ! 1 West is proud to announce its participation in the 2024 army run and invites all cadets to partake in the in the run along fellow cadets and officers.

In preparation for the army run the squadron will be hosting weekly running sessions at different locations around the island of Montreal. All cadets are welcome to attend regardless of their participation in the run itself and skill level.

The first run session will be Tuesday July 23rd from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at Mount Royal. Cadets should come dressed in sports attire with running shoes and bring a water bottle.

Meet up location will be at Cafés des Amis at the base of Mount Royal 2000 Chem. Remembrance, Montréal, QC H3H 1X2

The Army run is a fundraising event by the Canadian armed forces extending the military esprit de corps to Canadians and to thank them for their support. Read more about the run and it’s history with the link below
