Mess Dinner

On Wednesday the 17th of March the Squadron will be hosting a virtual Mess Dinner. The Squadron’s officers will be delivering free meals to our cadets so we can eat and celebrate together!

To register for your meal you will need to go to our virtual store and checkout with the “Mess Dinner Meal for Cadets”. Parents and non-cadets can also purchase meals for $30 each; simply choose the “Mess Dinner Meal for parents and siblings” before checkout. The shipping information will be used for your food delivery. The deadline to order your meal is this Friday, the 5th of March. Please include any dietary restrictions when prompted.

The meal choices are:
Chicken Dinner
-Herb roasted chicken breast with gravy
-Mashed potatoes
-Green beans with cheese sauce
-Apple crisp

Pork Dinner
-Pork tenderloin with gravy
-Mashed potatoes
-Roasted beets
-Apple crisp

Vegetarian Dinner
-Vegetable curry
-Rice pilaf
-Apple crisp

1 West Hoodies and T-Shirts

Our 1 West Hoodies and t-shirts are still available to order on our virtual store. Both feature the 1 West Crest embroidered on the front left chest and a falcon design printed on the back.

The first batch of orders were shipped out today!

1 West Minecraft Server

We have started a Minecraft server for us all to connect virtually during these times! We are currently working on rebuilding the Royal Montreal Regiment (RMR) as well as the monuments that surround it. If you want to contribute to rebuilding our home, send a private message on Teams to WO1 Gong so we can give you the appropriate permissions!

Note: The server is hosted on Minecraft Java Edition, NOT Bedrock Edition, so you will not be able to join with your phone, iPads, Xbox, nor computer if you have the Windows 10 edition. See you there!

Virtual Training

This Wednesday night we will be returning to virtual training. Our cadets will have two periods of instruction after spending time with their mini-flights. We will end the night with a short announcement in the general channel.

Schedule:
18:45-19:00 Mini-flights in your mini-flight channel
19:00-20:00 Classes in your level channel
20:00-20:05 Special announcement in the general channel
