Level 4 In-Person Training

Level 4s will be meeting at the RMR this Wednesday at 18:30 for the first night back to in-person training. Dress is sports gear.

Due to participation limits, only one level will attend in person per week. Level 3s will be in-person on March 23rd.

Virtual Training

All other levels will continue with virtual training this Wednesday, March 16th. As usual, the virtual training will begin at 19:00 in your respective level channel.

As an incentive to encourage cadet attendance on the virtual platforms. There will be random draws every week during the next couple of training weeks. Winners will have prizes directly mailed to their home addresses. We encourage all cadets to validate that their contact information, phone number, email, and mailing address are up to date with our administration officer, OCdt Caso.

Preferred Name Update

National HQ is in the process of creating Cadet365 accounts for all cadets. If your legal name is different from your preferred name (the name you use in your day-to-day life), please let OCdt Caso know ASAP so that it can be used in your new cadet email address. This is especially important if you have multiple given names. Contact OCdt Caso at chloe.caso@cadets.gc.ca or on MS Teams.

Health Insurance Information Update

All cadets must verify that their health insurance information is current. Please email OCdt Caso at Chloe.Caso@cadets.gc.ca with the following information:

• Cadet name

• Health insurance provider

• Card number

• Expiration date

This is especially important for cadets who will be participating in the ski trip.
