Wednesday, January 9 - Healthy eating workshop
Our first night back will be a fun evening learning about making healthy eating choices and spending a bit of time in the kitchen! Dress is civilian attire, and the event will be taking place at the NDG Legion (not the RMR):

Sunday, January 13 at 2:00 p.m. there will be a fundraising concert at the Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours Chapel in Old Montréal. Admission is by suggested donation of $20 in support of the March Break Trip to Nova Scotia. To ensure you have a good seat, consider reserving seats in advance by donating online.
Summer Camp 2019: A reminder that if you want to attend a summer course this year you need to fill out an interest form found here: https://www.1westmontreal.com/copy-of-training Please discuss your summer training choices with your parents and submit the form BEFORE JAN 15TH. If you are at least 16 and interested in Staff opportunities please send an email to Lt. De Monte at email@example.com as she will need some additional information for your application.
March Break Trip: Donation Deadline - January 16, 2019
As outlined in our calendar of activities, the Squadron will be taking a citizenship trip to Halifax, N.S. from March 2-10, 2019.
In order to ensure the feasibility of the trip, we are asking each cadet to make a contribution of $150 towards the cost of the trip. This is a very modest amount of the actual costs, working out to only $15 per day, or what you might spend on meals for your child if they were in Montréal that week. Contributions need to be received by January 16, 2019 and can be made using the following methods:
